I was inherited this exact gun at 10 yrs old along with a bolt action .410 that was given to my grandfather when he was a young boy from a farmer. That .410 was said to have bounced around in the cab of that ol combine since it was new! There are absolutely no markings on the .410.
But the m1600 .22lr has been one of my favorite guns through the years. I’ve shot 10’s of thousands of rounds through it and yet have ever had a single jam or mishap. Cleaned and oiled after every shoot. I hope someday my daughter will enjoy it and pass it down to her kids.
